Private Event Unekwu Birthday Party 3 - 9 pm 

SETUP

  1. Remove the display holding our literature in the cubbyhole near the entrance.  Move the pieces into the Activity Room.  I am bringing some “sliders” tomorrow that will facilitate the furniture movement.
  2. Remove both “altar” displays, one in back and one in front of the platform.
  3. Remove the tablecloths and centerpieces from all 19 tables.  Renter will be placing their own in place of ours.
  4. IMPORTANT – Take photos of these items before they are moved as guide for the Re-Set after the event.  Email photos to Carol Case.

Re-Set is obviously the reverse of the above.  I will be seeking a 2nd person to assist Carol with this.  It is a 2-person job.  Lisa is set to come in to clean after the event and I may ask her to assist Carol.  Glad you are having Greg with you on the front end.
