Below is a link to a survey which has been emailed to our "E-News" list. This survey is designed to help Unity’s board and ministry teams plan for our future.
It is a short overview of your opinion on our Finances, Education & Events, Communication, and Sunday Celebration Services. Basically you are being asked, “ how can Unity best serve us and future members of our community?”
Please invest ten minutes of your time to answer this survey prior to July 15th.
Once complete, you can return it through email, US post, or place it in the drop off box in the Great Hall.
