We are excited to start our time at Unity this Thursday. Many from our team will be there early (by 7:30 am) to get things rolling, including the coffee! We have a 40-cup pot we have purchased and we will use the 12-cup coffee pots you are providing for hot water for tea.
We have two green totes as well as the box for the coffee pot. Per our discussion with Jeff, you'll let us know where we can store our items. Thanks for that!
I had mentioned that I would let you know about our Visitor's Day, which will require three additional round tables with chairs. That day is February 27. If possible, we will have some of our members there at 7 am that day as we will be bringing in some simple food items (pastries, juice, etc.) and will want some extra time to set up. Will that work?
