Decorating team may enter the building at 1:00 pm
Your decorating team and caterer can enter the building at 1 PM, as the building is open and staffed already. The entire outside ceremony area would be available to you as early as you would like to get there to set up and decorate. Only the hall entry would need to wait till 1. This is so we can remove our stuff to make way for yours.
Remember that your inside decorating team will have the benefit of the time taken by the ceremony outside to finish the inside. Logistics challenge might be if the ceremony also moves inside. 
The “aftermath” should be a customary amount of mess.
Your tablecloths should be removed, taking with them the table mess.
- Ample trash receptacles will be provided and our staff will remove trash as it accumulates during the reception, as well as what is left at the end. We would encourage you to advise us when receptacles are full but not overflowing. We will also watch.
- The kitchen should look essentially like it was when you/your caterer arrives. Slight residue may remain on counters and floor.
- Dining area should not have excess debris or large spills left behind. If an accident causes a major spill during the reception, please request a cleanup at that time.
