Set up on the north end of the great hall on the dance floor
Need Wireless Mic & Stand
Need 30 chairs Set up and put back by CCBB
Printing of the program 8.5 x 11 folded in half. 2 sheets printed on both sides (Folding and assembling of programs provided by CCBB)
Volunteers
2 greeters from Unity
2 greeters from CCBB
1 Janitor
People to set up the chairs and put everything back volunteers provided by CCBB
Financial agreement
Cost of the concert Love offering 50/50 split Unity and CCBB
The first $250 to CCBB to cover their cost (Unless we can find a sponsor)
