Hosting an Event on the Unity Campus

Unity offers its facilities and grounds to the general community that are conducive to a variety of events - Awards Dinners, Trainings, Celebration Parties, easily accommodating groups from 12 to 250.

Ample Parking - 85 spaces plus an overflow lot.

All buildings are handicap accessible.

Food may be catered in for an event.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Great Hall available rental times from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, except Saturdays 8:00 am to 5 pm only.    Hall is not available from 5 pm Saturday to 2:00 pm Sunday
  2. Great Hall has a capacity of 250. Hall is configured with 19 round tables, 6 chairs each (more can be added).        *Other configurations require a set-up fee
  3. Beer and Wine Allowed but no Hard Liquor.  If serving beer or wine, renter must obtain their own insurance coverage and applicable liquor license.
  4. 50% Deposit Required, Balance due prior to Occupancy.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of the Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of the Booking Price.

Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

  1. Security Deposit: Credit card information on file or $250 refunded within 7 days after event.
